12 Days Of Christmas | DIY: Santa envelopes

Christmas is coming and so it's is the time to spread all your love for family and friends, wishing them all the best during this festive season! Who doesn't love to receive a little surprise in their PO Box? Personally I love receiving mail, even more during Christmas time - it's always such a happy mail!

Today, day 2 of "12 Days Of Christmas" I'm bringing you a great idea to surprise everyone during this wonderful time and to bring every PO Box a little bit of fun and colour - bills are not that colourful am I right?! I really hope this will help you out with your Christmas greetings for your family and friends.

So, for this super easy envelopes you will need some red envelopes (the size doesn't matter, it's completely up to you), a little bit of golden deco tape, any type of black paper stripes, some glue and scissors .

Step 1: of course, just pick up your envelopes and decide how many envelopes you want to do.

Step 2: it's time to glue the stripes in the middle of the envelope - this way, you're creating the Santa's belt over the so famous red suit. Cut out the stripes' excesses.

Step 3: time to cut some golden tape to do the buckle. There are no specific measures for this, you decide the buckle' size. Just don't forget that you need 2 stripes for the buckle's length and 2 stripes for the height.

Step 4: now that you already have your golden stripes, you just need to tape them in the middle of the envelope - so the buckle is centred.

Step 5: and that's it! Super easy and super festive, your envelopes are ready to be mailed out

I really hope you enjoy this kind of posts and that you feel inspired to be a little bit creative when it comes to the holidays greeting cards. And of course, If you try this on your own don't forget to tell me in the comments below so I can check it out and see how great they turned out!
